Special Instructions

All attendees of the contrast room must wear appropriate footwear when moving about the room, for example indoor sliders. No outdoor shoes will be allowed into the Contrast Room.

You must also bring your own towel and swimwear. Towels can he hired for a additional £4 cost. The Shower in the Contrast room must be used each time to rinse before you go into the plunge pools. This is a rinse only shower and not for washing.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

At House Of Wellnest, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and cancellations may happen. Due to the limited availability we request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your booking as this helps us offer your spot to others who may wish to attend. Unfortunately, cancelations made on the same day or no-shows will not allow for rescheduling. We genially understand that unexpected circumstances can occur, and we deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please do take a moment to check your schedule in advance, enabling us to serve all our valued clients to the best of our ability.

Gift Cards

All Gift Cards purchased at House Of Wellnest are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred or extended unless agreed in exceptional circumstances at managements discretion.

Packages
